To join the Pacific Palms Recreation Club, simply download, print out and complete the application form below, and then bring it back to us along with your payment. We'll need to see proof of ID and/or age before we can accept your membership application.
When your membership is approved, we'll mail out your membership card so you can start enjoying the many benefits of membership!
